Is your wax mailable without cracking?
Yes. Our blend flexes slightly after curing and adheres well to paper fibers. For machines with aggressive rollers, add a protective envelope or apply the seal on top of ribbon for extra give.
What temperature should I aim for?
Melt at low to medium heat. If the wax threads cleanly but still pools smoothly, you’re in the right zone. Overheating causes bubbles and a brittle finish.
How do I care for a brass stamp?
Allow the face to cool before wiping. Use a soft cloth and a touch of isopropyl alcohol for residue. Do not scratch the engraving. Store in a dry pouch.
What’s included in your Starter Kit?
A 25mm stamp, a handle, a spoon, a tea light heater, and enough wax for 20–25 seals, plus step cards.
Can I use your beads in a glue gun?
Beads are best in a spoon. For glue guns, choose our 7mm wax sticks specifically formulated for controlled flow.
Do you offer returns?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days. Custom-engraved stamps are final sale unless defective.
How many sticks do I need for 50 seals?
Plan one 7mm stick per 8–10 seals depending on pour size and paper texture. Our Starter Kit includes measured guidance.
Will dark wax hide detail?
Darker tones can reduce perceived contrast. Choose a mid-tone like Sage or Sky for high readability on most papers.
Do you sell custom monogram stamps?
Yes. Send vector artwork or choose from our monogram templates. Turnaround is typically 7–10 business days.
